Lea Matuschek

Lea Matuschek currently serves as a Junior Manager in HR at Allane SE (formerly Sixt Leasing SE) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lea gained experience in HR Administration and Personalwesen at Continental from October 2021 to May 2022. Lea holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Hochschule Stralsund, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2023. Additional educational experience includes participation in AFS Intercultural Programs in the USA from August 2015 to July 2016, as well as attending Downingtown High School East Campus during the 2015-2016 academic year.
