Peter Thoma

Peter Thoma has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Peter started their career as a Trainee Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2011. Peter then worked as a Rechtsanwalt / Legal Counsel at telegate AG from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they joined NTT DATA as a Syndikusrechtsanwalt / (Senior) Legal Counsel until 2019. Peter then joined Allane SE (former Sixt Leasing SE) in 2019, where they held the positions of Head of Commercial Law & Head of Governance / Syndikusrechtsanwalt until January 2022. Currently, they serve as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Allane SE.

Peter Thoma attended the University of Augsburg from 2002 to 2008, where they pursued studies in Rechtswissenschaften. Following this, they enrolled at Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk München in 2009 and completed their studies in 2011, earning a Zweites Staatsexamen.
