Allanvale was established in 2007 by a group of business partners with extensive development experience, following their joint acquisition of land for development.

Having started his career over 15 years ago with CALA homes, Principal Director Jim Kirkwood has subsequently worked for some of Scotland’s most prominent and successful developers. Originally from the east coast, much of his professional life has been spent in and around central and west Scotland where he has built a strong network of contacts and working relationships with planning authorities and developers.
