Angela Ward

Angela Ward is currently a Client Solution Manager at Allari. Angela has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and IT industry. Angela started their career as a Claims Adjuster and then became Vice President/Owner of their own company, SRIC Corporation. During their time at SRIC Corporation, they were responsible for all desktop/laptop, network, software, printer, remote desktop, and server support for clients, quoting new equipment and services, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and payroll tax with Quickbooks, interaction with clients daily, interaction with vendors, and day to day operations of the office. In their current position as a Client Solution Manager, Angela is responsible for managing client relationships and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Angela Ward has an Associate of Arts from Angelina College in General Studies. Angela also has a degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas. Angela is a licensed Claims Adjuster and has a certification in CompTIA Security+. Angela is also certified in Fortinet Network Security.
