Clara Cusi

Clara Cusi currently serves as Responsable de Personas at Allaria, a position held since December 2020, where responsibilities include employee induction, management of payroll updates, overseeing wellness programs, identifying training needs, and organizing internal events. Prior to this, Clara worked at Allaria Ledesma & Cia. from November 2015 to June 2019 as an Analista de recursos humanos, focusing on the comprehensive selection process, from CV filtering to candidate follow-up and coordination of pre-employment assessments. Clara holds a graduate degree in Recursos Humanos from Universidad del CEMA (April 2023 - October 2023) and a Licenciatura en Psicologia from Universidad del Salvador (2009 - 2013), along with a secondary diploma from Colegio Los Robles with a focus on Human and Social Sciences and Bilingual Communication (2004 - 2008).
