Mark Severs

Mark Severs is the Co-Founder of Allay Lamp and has extensive experience in finance and social enterprise. Previously, they served as the Head of Finance and Director of Internal Operations at Hubble Contacts, where they played a key role in developing systems for a substantial, multi-national company. Mark also held leadership positions at Start Small Think Big and The Pershing Square Foundation, focusing on program design and impact assessment. They earned both a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brown University.
