Bryan Rees

Bryan Rees has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Bryan began their career as a Research Analyst at Monterey County, where they designed statistical models for disease tracking and regional healthcare system assessment. Bryan then worked as a GIS Specialist at ARCADIS, where they implemented quality assessment processes for databases and developed data visualizations for reports.

In 2012, Bryan joined Physicians Medical Group of Santa Cruz County as a Healthcare Analyst, where they focused on designing infrastructure for eligibility, claims, and data authorization. Bryan also worked on recalibrating procedural protocols and developing unique in-house applications and reporting methods.

In 2017, Bryan moved to Dignity Health Management Services Organization as an Operations Manager, streamlining and prioritizing hospital, provider, billing, and vendor deliverables. Bryan then joined Excel MSO, LLC in 2019 as the Director of Operations, where they orchestrated critical decision-making and production for operations, finance, and marketing.

Currently, Bryan is working at AllCare IPA as the Director of Managed Care, overseeing clinic prioritization, designing workflow and streamlining processes for claims and customer support. Bryan is also responsible for clinical data gathering, warehousing, reporting, and submission.

Bryan has a strong background in operations, data analysis, and policy design, with a focus on optimizing interdepartmental integration and regulatory audit performance.

Bryan Rees has a diverse education history. Bryan earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biological Science from Portland State University between 2000 and 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Science in Teaching, specializing in General Science, from Portland State University from 2004 to 2006. Bryan furthered their education with a Master's of Business Administration degree in Health Services Management from Golden Gate University between 2009 and 2011.

Additionally, Bryan Rees obtained certification in CPR and AED from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association in February 2014.
