Phil Shaw

Phil Shaw is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as CEO and President of AllCell Technologies since February 2020. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Product Line Director at Clarios from May 2019 to January 2020, and similarly at Johnson Controls from August 2015 to May 2019. Phil's earlier career includes significant positions at AVL as Chief Engineer for Powertrain Integration and Skill Team Leader at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included business development, technical leadership, and oversight of vehicle performance attributes. Phil's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Automotive Systems Engineering from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Leeds Beckett University.
