Benjamin Cobb

Benjamin Cobb is a Partner at Eastside Partners, specializing in venture and growth-stage investments in technology and tech-enabled services companies, with over 60 investments since 1998. Cobb holds multiple board director positions at various organizations, including TextUs, Meazure Learning, AllCloud, Rachio, and Curiteva, Inc., contributing expertise in enterprise communication platforms, remote proctoring, cloud solutions, water efficiency technology, and orthopedic implants. Previously, Cobb served as Exec Chairman and Board Director at ProctorU and Chairman at Yardstick Assessment Strategies, where a merger with ProctorU took place. In earlier roles, Cobb was a Board Observer at HYGIA Health Services and a Board Director at Solid Earth. Cobb earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Georgia.
