Bianca Oteleanu

Bianca Oteleanu is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in data governance and quality assurance within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Data QA Tester at AllCloud since June 2022, Bianca previously held the position of Expert Finance Transformation Manager at ING Romania for a brief period, and prior to that, spent nearly four years at UniCredit Bank Romania as Team Leader of Data Governance. In this capacity, responsibilities included the implementation of data management strategies, ensuring data quality and governance, and facilitating cooperation among data users. Bianca also held roles at BCR as a Risk Manager and at AGRICOVER and Millennium Bank as a Junior Accountant and Junior Clerk, respectively. Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchanges from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
