Joanne Pallas

Joanne Pallas joined AllCloud in 2021 as part of the Integress acquisition (which she joined in 2020). Joanne is the SVP of Global Operations where she is responsible for driving integration and globalization of AllCloud's business services and operationalization of AllCloud Engage, the managed services offerings. She also oversees the global delivery methodologies.

Joanne joins AllCloud as an accomplished, performance-driven executive with over 20 years experience in the technology, healthcare and financial industries. Prior to joining AllCloud, she held leadership roles at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Health Market Science and BNY Brokerage among others. Joanne has managed organizations through change in structure and leadership successfully. Her professional services and operations management experience spans the lifecycle of the customer from sales to support including establishment of PMOs, technical delivery, customer support and account management programs for customer satisfaction and growth.

Joanne received her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bernard Baruch College and her Masters in Health Informatics from National University. In addition, Joanne holds several certifications including project management professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Certified Professional Healthcare Information Management Systems (CPHIMS), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) among others.
