Tom Klainer

Tom Klainer is an experienced professional specializing in FinOps and managed services. Currently serving as the VP of Engage Services at AllCloud since February 2022, Tom previously held the roles of Director of Customer Success and Senior FinOps Engineer. As a Foundation Member of the FinOps Foundation, Tom has been actively involved since October 2019. Tom's prior experience at Miracle Software Ltd from May 2012 to February 2022 included leadership positions in implementing Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Cloud Financial Management services. Tom's career began in the Israeli Defense Forces and included a role at the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Tom holds an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution.
