Yossi Shasha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Yossi started their career as the head of development at Israeline Internet in 2000, where they led web-based application projects and provided technological consulting and support to customers worldwide. Yossi then joined Allot Communications in 2005 as the manager of web development, overseeing the implementation of a corporate CRM system and creating a web knowledgebase self-service system.
In 2007, Yossi transitioned to Amdocs where they held multiple roles over the years. As a customer delivery manager, they managed information systems and facilitated the transformation to Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Yossi later became a senior manager of project management, leading project managers in various domains and overseeing software development tools and customer support. During this time, Yossi gained expertise in CRM and omni-channel support.
In 2015, Yossi took on the role of information systems service management at Amdocs, focusing on service transformation and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units. Yossi defined value models and KPIs to improve operational productivity and business growth.
Most recently, Yossi joined AllCloud in 2019 as the VP of Delivery, responsible for driving prioritization and alignment of tasks with company objectives. Yossi provided coaching and development for direct managers and ensured the deployment and management of company applications. Yossi also fostered leadership within the team and maintained a strong risk management culture.
Yossi Shasha earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Information Systems from The College of Management Academic Studies between the years 1994 and 1997.
