AllCoda places senior software engineers from Latin America onto teams that are scaling.

Each engineer is dedicated to a single client. We do not rotate assignments, maintain a bench, or reassign engineers mid-engagement.

We find the top candidates, put them through 4 stages of technical and behavioral vetting, and only present candidates we'd hire for our own team. Every placement has 5+ years of production experience and has worked with US companies before.

Once an engineer joins your team, they remain fully integrated, participating in your standups, collaborating in your communication channels, contributing to your repositories, and reporting to your engineering lead. You manage their work, while we handle payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR.

Our engineers work US business hours (EST, CST, PST) from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, and Peru. Blockers get resolved in the same meeting they come up, not the next day.

Who we work with:

We partner with product companies scaling their engineering teams, typically from Series A to Series C. Our clients include SaaS platforms, fintech, healthtech, and B2B companies that prioritize speed and quality.

What makes us different:

→ 18+ months average tenure per client
→ 0 reassignments in company history
→ Top 5% of applicants accepted
→ Replacement guarantee if it's not working
→ Transparent direct hire path written into the contract (no surprise buyout fees)

Rates run from $45 to $95 per hour, depending on role and seniority. That's 40% to 60% less than equivalent US hires, with the same time zone and the same quality bar.

Stacks we cover: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Elixir, Ruby on Rails, Go, DevOps/SRE (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform), React Native, iOS, Android.

The first engineer usually starts in 2 to 3 weeks from the discovery call. First PR merged within week one.
