Joel Garcia

Joel Garcia is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in founding and leading software companies. As the Founder and CEO of AllCode since July 2015, Joel oversees day-to-day operations in a firm recognized as an AWS Advanced Consulting partner. Previous roles include CTO positions at SameSky Health and Self Health Network, where Joel developed HIPAA-compliant healthcare SaaS solutions and built a platform to reduce hospital readmissions. Additionally, Joel served as VPE at LittleCast, Inc. to enhance engineering and operations for its SaaS video platform, and Co-Founder and COO at TidalWave, focusing on marketing solutions for social media. Joel's background also includes influential engineering roles at LiveVox, Med-Vantage, Clooster, Symantec, and Embarcadero Technologies. Joel holds a BA in Mathematics from Carleton College and has completed the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education Program: Scaling at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
