Lydia Benham

Lydia Benham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at AllCode since March 2023, Lydia has a strong background in technology and cloud services, having previously held the position of Head of Product at AllCode. As the co-founder of Whole Modern Parent, Lydia hosted the Confident Parent Coach Podcast and focused on supporting coaches in the early stages of their careers. Lydia's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the founding of several companies, including BlazeJobs, Neoporter, and SmallTalk Code, each focused on innovative solutions in job recruitment, caregiving, and software development. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Oklahoma and has studied at Kyungpook National University.
