Federico Weinstein

Federico Weinstein is a seasoned professional in environmental consultancy and project coordination, currently serving as the Nature-Based Solution Project Coordinator for Latin America at ALLCOT Group since January 2022, while also holding the position of Senior Consultant at Vida Silvestre Uruguay since February 2023, focusing on expanding Montevideo's native tree plantations. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Consur Sociedad de Consultores, Centro Convenio de Basilea y Estocolmo, and the Ministry of Environment of Uruguay, where Federico contributed to biodiversity conservation and land management projects. Federico holds a Master of Science from Deakin University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Universidad de la República, alongside a background in science communication at Océano FM and participation as an ambassador for the Youth Congress for Sustainable Americas.
