allcove is a network of free, youth-designed spaces where young people ages 12–25 can pause, connect, and access mental health and wellness support—on their terms.

Whether navigating school stress, anxiety, relationships, physical health concerns, or just needing someone to talk to, allcove offers in-person care, connection, and community. There’s no requirement to use services—young people can drop in to hang out, do homework, or participate in events and activities.

From the look and feel of each center to how services are offered, allcove is designed with and for young people, creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental. Professional support is paired with connection and belonging, in a culturally responsive space that reflects young people’s diverse identities and lived experiences.
