Lidiane has extensive experience in Human Resources, primarily focusing on recruitment and selection processes for IT professionals. Currently serving as a Pleno HR Analyst at AllEasy since November 2019, Lidiane participates in alignment meetings with management, oversees allocated professionals, and conducts evaluations and feedback sessions. Previous roles include HR Analyst positions at KAAD Soluções and GTCON Tecnologia & Serviços, where similar responsibilities in recruitment, curriculum analysis, and talent acquisition were carried out. Earlier experiences include positions at BRQ, IBM, and Accenture do Brasil, covering various HR functions and administrative support.
