Brian Welles

Brian Welles has over 17 years of experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Special Education and Pupil Services at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit since November 2016. Prior to this role, Brian worked for the Baldwin-Whitehall School District from August 2006 to November 2016, where responsibilities included Supervisor of Pupil Services, Lead Psychologist, and Psychologist. Brian holds a PA Principal Certificate in Education Leadership from California University of Pennsylvania (2013-2014), a Master of Science in Education with a focus on School Psychology from Duquesne University (2001-2005), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethany College (1996-2000).
