James "Jay" Killen is an experienced Naval Aviator and current Commercial Airline Pilot at Allegiant Air. They previously served as an Aircraft Launch and Recovery Officer aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and held various positions in the US Navy from 2003 to 2015. Additionally, Killen was an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at Oregon State University while pursuing an MBA in the commercialization of new technology. Their early education includes a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
