Jay Alvarez is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Stations Training, Policy & Procedure at Allegiant since May 2017, Jay has held key positions including Director of Station Operations and Regional Manager. Responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operations at the LAS Base, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance. Prior to Allegiant, Jay was the General Manager at Worldwide Flight Services, successfully leading the transition of Allegiant's full handling operation in Las Vegas. Jay's career also includes a role as Manager at JetStream Ground Services and over 13 years as Area General Manager with Delta Global Staffing, where oversight extended across multiple locations in the Southwest region. Jay is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Purdue Global and previously attended Christian Ministry University.
