Nicole Walker, PHR, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a demonstrated history in strategic recruitment across various industries. Currently serving at Allegiant since April 2019, Nicole leads talent acquisition initiatives for flight crew roles, aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where Nicole focused on securing highly technical engineering talent. Earlier experience includes recruitment and human resources consulting in the airline industry and virtual settings, as well as project coordination within educational organizations. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati and has a strong foundation in workforce management and employee relations.
