Don Downs is a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer with extensive experience in the security technology sector. Don has been with Allegion, PLC since its founding in December 2013, following a long tenure at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, where Don also served as Senior Quality Engineer from August 1989 until the spin-off. Prior to this, Don spent nearly 14 years as a Science Teacher in the Colorado Weld School District. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science Education from the University of Northern Colorado, earned between 1971 and 1975.
