Grant Delay

Grant DeLay is an accomplished Architectural Services Manager at Allegion, overseeing a team of ten in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia since June 2017. Formerly an Architectural Opening Consultant, Grant collaborated with over 30 AEC firms to enhance operational efficiency and implemented Allegion’s cloud collaboration tool, Overtur. With experience in the Advanced Development Program, Grant demonstrated leadership across various domains, contributing to significant research and strategy initiatives. Prior roles include a Sales Operations Analyst Intern at Helmer Scientific, during which data-driven solutions were implemented, and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Intern at Eli Lilly, focusing on healthcare professional consultations. Grant began a career in sales management with OneMain Financial, where sales strategies and client relationships were successfully developed. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ball State University.
