Gregg Sengstack

Gregg Sengstack is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at Franklin Electric, where they served as President and Chief Operating Officer, followed by Chairperson of the Board. With a strong financial background, they also held positions as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, among others, contributing to the company’s success in water and fuel management solutions. Currently, they serve as a member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Woodward, Inc. and Allegion, and are a trustee at the Indiana Institute of Technology. Gregg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
