Matt Ely has extensive experience in finance, compliance, and internal audit services, currently serving in Sarbanes Oxley/Internal Audit Services at Allegion since 2023. Previously, Matt held the position of Engagement Director at CLA, where custom project management and consulting solutions were provided for diverse clients. Other notable roles include Chief Financial Officer at Hittle Landscaping, where financial operations and best practices were transformed, and Chief Compliance Officer at Hopebridge, leading the organization to become a national ABA healthcare provider. Matt's prior experience also encompasses leadership positions in major firms such as Sears, The Mako Group, DEFENDERS, Anthem, and Crowe, where significant improvements in compliance, risk management, and financial performance were achieved. Matt holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, both from Campbellsville University.
