Robert Smith

Robert Smith, PMP, is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in product development and cross-functional team leadership. Currently serving as Manager of New Product Development PMO at Allegion, PLC since December 2013, Robert has directed global teams to deliver high-quality consumer electronics for Fortune 500 clients during a tenure at Technicolor. Prior to this, Robert held roles including Project Manager at Parus Interactive, Program Management Leader at Aon Hewitt, and Program Manager at 3Com, among others, demonstrating expertise in managing complex technology deployments and product life cycles. Robert holds an MBA in Finance from Miami University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
