Tracy Baker

Tracy Baker is an experienced HR leader currently serving as HR Vice President for HR Technology and Corporate Functions at Allegion since October 2022, where responsibilities include acting as an HR Business Partner for Global Finance, Legal, and Communications functions while leading HR Technology strategy. Prior to this role, Tracy held various HR leadership positions at Allegion, including HR VP for Organization Effectiveness & Change Strategist and HR VP for Corporate & Technical Functions, and has a background as an HR Director and Plant HR Manager. Earlier career experience includes HR management roles at Ingersoll Rand and Commonwealth Industries, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Tracy holds a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisville.
