With a background in electronic engineering and microelectronics, Carlo has held various managerial positions in companies like Allegro MicroSystems and STMicroelectronics. Their expertise ranges from leading design teams for power supply and audio applications to managing projects and supporting safety compliance in automotive body and powertrain systems. Prior to their career in the electronics industry, Carlo served as an officer in the Italian Army where Carlo led and trained a platoon of military personnel.
