Cindy Thomas

Cindy Thomas is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. They launched the HR department at STARCOM TECHNOLOGIES PVT LIMITED and later served as Director of Human Resources at Heath Tecna Inc., where they implemented significant policy changes and managed large-scale HR functions. Cindy held key positions at B/E Aerospace, Inc. and CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, overseeing HR initiatives across numerous international locations. Currently, they serve as Human Resources Manager at Alleima and are the President/Owner of The Talley Group. Cindy holds a Master's in Business Administration from City University of Seattle and is pursuing a Global Professional of Human Resources certification.
