Erik Bäck

Erik Beutelspacher currently serves as Group Controller at NRC Group ASA since November 2022, overseeing the preparation of reports, forecasts, analyses, and facilitating both external and internal reporting. In this role, Erik contributes to consolidation processes, supports transactions and impairment testing, assists with external audits, and aids in the development of accounting and reporting procedures across subsidiaries. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Associate at BDO Norge, where Erik focused on financial analysis and auditing for small to medium-sized businesses in the retail sector. Earlier work experience includes roles at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics and MENY. Erik holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Stavanger. Education was completed at Sandvika Videregående Skole with a focus on social sciences, languages, and economics.
