Mark Balzer

Mark Balzer is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Allen Distribution. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Vice President Operations Training at UNFI, where Mark was responsible for the company's Operational Excellence Program. With a background in organizational communication and history, Mark also held the role of Vice President at Learning and Development, overseeing the Leadership Enrichment Program and leading a team of 15 individuals. Mark's accomplishments include the successful implementation of a College Recruiting program and creating cross-divisional learning opportunities.
