Adrian Amer

Adrian Amer is currently a Partner specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets at Allens. Previously, they held significant roles at prestigious firms such as Slaughter and May and Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where they focused on private equity and corporate law. Adrian also gained experience as a Consultant for Ørsted and worked as a Judge's Associate at the High Court of Fiji. They earned a Master's degree in Corporate Law with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge and are pursuing a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Law at Macquarie University.
