Eugene Tan

Eugene Tan is a Partner at Allens since May 2021, previously holding the position of Managing Associate. Prior to joining Allens, Eugene served as Special Counsel at Clayton Utz from January 2012 to May 2021, where significant achievements included representing the Barangaroo Delivery Authority on the A$15 billion redevelopment of Sydney's harbor front and assisting Sydney Metro with development opportunities linked to the Metro West project. Earlier roles included Senior Associate and Lawyer at Dentons from December 2007 to January 2012, focusing on real estate and commercial property. Eugene holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, an exchange degree in European Law from Lund University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from UNSW.
