Guy Alexander

Guy Alexander is a partner and the head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Allens, where involvement has extended from 1986 to the present. Additionally, Guy served as an adjunct lecturer on Public Mergers & Acquisitions at the University of Sydney from 2012 to 2015. Between 2004 and 2013, Guy contributed as a member of the Takeovers Panel at the Commonwealth Treasury, and held the position of Chair of the Corporations Committee for the Law Council of Australia from 2008 to 2011. Guy holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from The University of Queensland and a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology.
