Matt Richards has extensive experience in the audio-visual and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Customer Services Lead and previously in service desk, audio-visual team leadership, and telecommunications roles at Allens since 2010. Prior experience includes project management at Staging Connections, focusing on audio-visual installations, and managing video operations across the Asia Pacific for Genesys Conferencing.
