Mel Yard-Smith

Mel Yard-Smith is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in law and healthcare. Currently serving as a Knowledge Management Senior Associate at Allens since July 2022, Mel previously worked as a Registered Nurse at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network from December 2018 to July 2022. Mel's career at Allens began in 2010 as a Senior Manager in Client Insights, following a role as a Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson from 1996 to 2010. Mel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors from the University of Tasmania and a Bachelor of Nursing from Australian Catholic University, complemented by an educational foundation from Mt Carmel College, Tasmania.
