Michelle Bennett is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently a Partner in the M&A practice at Allens since July 2014, Michelle focuses on governance, healthcare, and renewable sectors. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Managing Associate at Linklaters from September 2011 to May 2014, specializing in cross-border public and private M&A transactions. Michelle began her legal career at King & Wood Mallesons in July 2007, where advancement from Lawyer to Senior Associate occurred during tenure in the Corporate team. Michelle's early legal experience includes a position as a Lawyer on secondment to Adelaide Bank at Piper Alderman.
