Raphael Schmid

Raphael Schmid currently serves as the Head of Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk and Compliance at Allens, a role held since 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing partner equity, financial affairs, banking, treasury, and tax management functions. Prior to joining Allens, Raphael Schmid held positions at Deloitte as Assistant Manager in Global Employer Services, Credit Suisse as Assistant Vice President in Private and Wealth Management, and PwC Switzerland as a Consultant in Executive Advisory. Raphael Schmid's early career includes serving as a Captain in the Swiss Special Forces Command and various roles within infantry schools. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in International Business Management and Economics from institutions such as the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar, Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, and Syddansk Universitet, all obtained between 2006 and 2010.
