Tom Hodgson is an associate lawyer currently working in the M&A and Capital Markets team at Allens since December 2021. With experience in technology, media, telecommunications, competition, consumer law, and regulatory matters, Tom transitioned from a law graduate position to senior paralegal roles in banking and finance as well as intellectual property and commercial litigation. As a research assistant at UNSW under Scientia Professor Ross Buckley in the fintech sector, Tom demonstrated strong research skills and legal acumen. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on finance from UNSW. Additionally, earlier roles included tutoring law students and coaching rugby and cricket at St Aloysius' College.
