Jan Heidsma

Jan Heidsma currently serves as Manager Huisvesting, ICT en Bedrijfsvoering at Allente since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jan worked as an Adviseur/Consultant at Everybodygroep from June 2020 to July 2022, overseeing three different services including ICT, project management, and consultancy for occupational health services. Jan has extensive experience in ICT management, having held the role of ICT-Manager/Teamlead at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems from January 2003 until May 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing ICT services during various company acquisitions. Earlier experience includes positions such as Systeembeheerder AS/400, project leader for software adaptations for currency transition and year 2000 compliance at Crawford Door Continental BV, and various planning roles in production for industrial doors. Jan has pursued professional development through agile training in 2022.
