Brent Reed

Brent Reed has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Brent is currently the Director of Operations at Alleva since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Solera, Inc. from 2021 to 2023 as the Director of Client Experience and Director of Customer Enablement. During their time at Solera, they led the formation of the Client Experience team and focused on driving automation, data analytics, operational efficiencies, and LMS consultation. Before Solera, they worked at DealerSocket from 2013 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Director of DATA Solutions and Product Experts & Post Consultation Specialists - Manager. At DealerSocket, they implemented successful DE&I programs and led the re-alignment of data analyst teams. Brent also has experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Advent Systems inc. from 2011 to 2013, where they oversaw all operational disciplines and implemented new processes and procedures. Prior to that, they worked at APOLLO GROUP, INC as an IT Asset Auditor, and at LHM BOUNTIFUL CHRYLSER JEEP DODGE as a Finance Manager / Finance Director. Brent's earlier work experience includes roles at ADVENT SYSTEMS, INC and Menlove Dodge / Toyota. Brent began their career at TELLABS OPERATIONS, INC as a Project Manager/Site Supervisor.

Brent Reed completed their education in a chronological order. In 2008, they attended the Automotive Dealership Institute and obtained a degree in Automotive Finance Management. At the same time, they also completed a certification in Finance Management from the same institution.

In 2008, Brent also attended Southwest Dealership Services, although the degree and field of study for this institution are unknown.

Moving forward, from 2012 to 2016, Brent pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - IT Management from Western Governors University.

Later, from 2016 to 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also in Business - IT Management, from the same university.

Furthermore, Brent obtained several certifications throughout their education journey. In 2014, they obtained the CIW Web Foundations Associate certification from Certification Partners and the Project + certification from CompTIA. In 2016, they obtained the MTA: Networking Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Lastly, in 2008, they obtained a certification in Finance Management from the Automotive Dealership Institute.
