Christopher Chisholm

Christopher Chisholm is the Director of In Home Care Delivery at Allevio. They have extensive experience in intake and patient care coordination, having previously worked as an Intake Manager at Optum and an Intake Coordinator at Option Care. Christopher's career began in customer service as a Pharmaceutical Delivery Specialist at Critical Care Systems and includes a diverse background in product management at Canyon Sports and irrigation management at the University of Utah. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Utah and an Associate degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
