Sella Nevo is the Director of the RAND Center on AI, Security, and Technology (RAND CAST), where they focus on reducing risks from biological threats and emerging technologies. With a strong background in tech and policy research, Sella has previously led the Google Flood Forecasting Initiative and various humanitarian efforts at Google. They founded Effective Altruism Israel and have served on the board of advisors for ALLFED. Sella has also taught at Tel Aviv University, coaching the debating society to achieve impressive accolades.
