AllGaia funds civic restoration through a structurally locked mechanism by statute, not by goodwill.

Human wellbeing and ecological restoration are one chain, not two separate problems. Most restoration work assumes people have the spare time, energy, and resources to give. Many people today don't, they're already running below capacity. AllGaia is built to address both halves of the gap at once.

The structure is one continuous chain:
— AllGaia LDA sells the AllGaia Daily System: Activate™ in the morning, Restore™ in the evening, designed to help people feel better day to day.
— A defined share of every sale flows by statute to the AllGaia Foundation.
— A separate share flows by statute directly to the partner organisation, for real-world restoration work on soil, food, water, and community capacity.

Every commitment and disbursement is recorded publicly on the Factum Protocol, the on-chain ledger that keeps the system visible end to end. The Foundation reviews its own existence every 14 years; the first review concludes 31 December 2040.

One Daily System. One Foundation. A network of partners. One direction.
Designed to outlast its founders.
