Alex Gappert

Alex Gappert currently serves as President at The Brigade since September 2024 and as a Consultant at Eckhart Consulting since October 2023. Previous experience includes a role as a Venture Capital Intern at JUMP Investors from June to August 2024 and a Private Credit Summer Analyst at Sound Point Capital Management, LP, during the summer of 2023, where responsibilities were focused on the US Direct Lending Team. Prior military experience includes serving as an Air Traffic Control Supervisor at the US Navy from July 2016 to March 2022 in Naval Station Rota, Spain, and as an Air Traffic Controller aboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75). Alex Gappert is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Chicago, enrolled from 2022 to 2026.
