Alliance Critical Materials (ACM) is a private capital platform building the mineral infrastructure that underpins Europe’s industrial and defence resilience.

ACM invests across the strategic materials value chain, from responsible mining and processing to refining, recycling and long-term supply partnerships. These investments secure the resources that power defence, advanced technologies and clean energy.

Through its flagship vehicle, Alliance Critical Materials Infrastructure Fund I (ACMF I), the platform partners with European and allied institutions to restore control of critical supply chains and accelerate investment in secure and sustainable mineral systems.

ACM operates at the intersection of industrial policy and private capital. Each investment strengthens allied mineral independence and aligns with European initiatives including the Critical Raw Materials Act, the RESourceEU programme and the European Defence Industrial Strategy, as well as the G7 Minerals Security Partnership.

Led by a world-class team across mining, finance and policy, ACM operates through a regulated European structure with a presence in Berlin, London, Paris, Chicago, Toronto, Perth, Harare and Johannesburg.
