Proper insurance in our industry is critical and Alliance has one of the best programs in the industry with combined limits of $17,000,000 that includes coverages for general, asbestos, mold, and pollution liability. Few contractors carry these broad coverages, and even fewer have those limits. 

All abatement and demolition work is performed by Alliance employees enabling us to exercise full control and coordination at the jobsite. Alliance also provides mold and mildew mitigation, controlled demolition in sensitive environments, PCB slab demolition, and UST removal.
