We employ a large staff dedicated solely to customer relations, from initial order, to scheduling, and throughout the installation process. It doesn’t end there. Our dedicated staff maintains long-term customer satisfaction communication. We are continually educating on-site staff and seek feedback to streamline our operations to make it more efficient and to serve you better.

Quality Control:
We are one of the only companies employing a dedicated Quality Control Team. These flooring experts are autonomously checking installation both while in progress and upon completion. Our Quality Control Team allows us to be proactive and address any issues that may arise before the keys are returned to our customer. Our QC Team has allowed us to maintain the “Alliance Way” and make no exceptions when pertaining to our customers’ needs and expectations.
